Sonos’ latest portable Bluetooth speaker release is also its most affordable. It looks as good as the rest of their lineup, and it slides in under a pound in weight and a mere 6.6 inches in height, making it ideal for on-the-go tunes. Lest you think the sound is lacking the compact speaker utilizes two class-H amplifiers, one tweeter, and one custom racetrack mid-woofer. Two can be paired for true stereo sound, and you can also connect the Roam to other Sonos products. An IP67-rating makes it both dust resistant and submersible in water for up to 30 minutes (why this would ever occur, we’re not sure). Playtime is 10 hours, and it’s rechargeable via USB-C or Qi-wireless dock. Its release comes just in time for BBQ season, to boot.
